While applying a detox diet, you should not use salt in meals. You can get different tastes by adding spices to your meals instead of salt. First 3 Days:

Breakfast: Mix 1 kiwi, cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, 100 grams of fat-free yogurt by grinding in a food processor, and consume this detox food you prepared for breakfast for the first 3 days.

Snack: 2 hours after breakfast, drink chamomile tea, and eat 10 nuts.

Lunch: 2 grisini and avocado salad with lots of greens

Snack: 2 hours after lunch, eat 100 grams of nonfat yogurt, 1 carrot, and drink hibiscus tea.

Dinner: Lots of greens and 6 spoons of boiled quinoa

Snack: You can drink white tea 2 hours after dinner.

Last 4 days

Breakfast: Vegetable smoothie (You can use almond milk, mint, pineapple, orange, parsley, and spinach)

Snack: Chamomile tea and 10 raw almonds. You should pay attention to snacks 2 hours after breakfast.

Lunch: Boil cauliflower, broccoli, and squash and consume 100 grams of fat-free yogurt.

Snack: Hibiscus Tea and 1 medium pear

Dinner: Fat-free detox soup with vegetables and 100 grams of nonfat yogurt

Snack: Pineapple and white tea

How much weight does a 7-day detox diet give?
