Human remains found in north Queensland believed to be missing fisherman Andrew Heard, crocodile euthanized
Human remains were found in the stomach of a 4.2-meter crocodile in Australia. Authorities said the remains may have belonged to fisherman Andrew Heard (69), who disappeared on 11 February. A capsized fishing boat presumably belonging to the old man was found near Hinchinbrook Island. After finding human remains in the investigations, a 4.2-meter-long crocodile was seen in the region. Human remains were found in the stomach of the crocodile, which was examined by sleep. “It is speculated that the human remains that came out of the crocodile’s stomach may belong to the disappeared fisherman Heard,” officials said.
