Alexei Navalny: President Putin critic ‘probably poisoned’ – doctors

“We do not take these allegations seriously. We do not take these allegations seriously. These are not true. They are more of loud noise,” said Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, who denied the accusations that the dire dissident Alexei Navalny was poisoned by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Treatment of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who fell ill on the plane from Tomsk to Moscow on Thursday and was hospitalized on suspicion of poisoning, continues in Germany.

The response from the Kremlin Palace to the statement made by the Charite Hospital in Berlin was quick. Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov denied the accusations that the Navalny was poisoned by Putin. Stating that the allegations are unfounded, Peskov said, “We do not take these allegations seriously.

These are not true. More noise. We did not take these reasons seriously.

Kremlin Spokesperson Peskov said that the diagnoses of Russian and German doctors were the same, but their conclusions were different, saying, “I don’t understand why our German doctor friends are in such a hurry when the matter is not yet determined.”

We all know very well who the culprit is

Navalny’s Spokesperson: “We all know very well who the culprit is”

“It is very clear that the crime will not be fully investigated and the criminal will not be found. However, we all know very well who the culprit is,” said Kira Yarmysh, Spokesperson of Navalny, on his social media account in response to the Kremlin’s statement.

Opposition Navalny, who was previously the target of various attacks, was hospitalized in Moscow in April 2017 because of green antiseptic paint on his face and was attacked for the second time with zelyonka paint. In 2019, he was sentenced to 30 days in prison for carrying out an unauthorized demonstration, but he was told that he had an “Acute Arlergic Reaction” at his doctor’s examination due to his illness in prison.

However, Navalny’s private doctor explained that Navalny had been exposed to a toxin and could, therefore, have been poisoned.
